I am absolutely delighted with the service I received to-day. My 24-year old boiler has been serviced by some of the large central heating maintenance companies for years. My boiler stopped firing some months ago (possibly due to the ignition lead having been broken/dislodged during the service). Due to the age of the boiler, I was told that the replacement part I needed was obsolete. I was able to search the Internet and order what was probably an adequate replacement, however my servicing contractor would not be prepared to fit parts, which they had not sourced.
As a result of a personal recommendation, I contacted Ivor. Ivor and Kyle were absolutely brilliant! It was very impressive to watch as they diagnosed the fault and the likely cause of the problems, which I was facing. They came up with a number of inventive solutions to the problem, and of course returned my system to operation (without even needing the replacement part I had ordered).
